Dayton general purpose split-phase motors are designed for low-to-medium-torque applications, such as for blowers, fans and small conveyors where gradual speed build up is required. Their totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure in rolled steel NEMA frame features a continuous duty motor with multiple speed settings for desired operation. The Class F insulation ensures operation in high temperature environment. They are equipped with ball bearings for smooth delivery while shaft can rotate in both clockwise and counter clockwise direction. Dayton general purpose 3 phase AC motors are designed for continuous duty operations in pumps, fans, blowers and conveyors. These motors are single speed and are capable of producing a maximum speed of 3450RPM. Their rolled steel construction with open dripproof enclosure provide corrosion resistance and safe operation. They are Class B insulated for withstanding high temperatures. These motors can be mounted in both horizontal and vertical orientation. The NEMA rated nominal efficiency ensures maximum energy savings. Choose from a wide range of these general purpose motors, available in 1/4, 1/3 and 1/2 HP on Raptor Supplies.

AC motors, such as servo motors, washdown motors, fire pump motors and air compressor motors, have a break down torque varying up to 1030 lb-ft and are offered in rigid, no mount and bracket mount base types. For industrial environments, we offer a wide range of washdown motors that are designed for use in places with regular exposure to moisture, chemicals and humidity. The washdown motor is offered in DP, TEFC, TEAO and TENV enclosing options that are engineered for protection against dust and corrosion. For industrial production machinery and process automation, AC motors, like the AC servo motor, come equipped with variable speed drives that not only save energy, but also ensure a tighter process control.
