Apollo 910WB-LF Series wafer check valves are suitable for controlling the fluid flow in plumbing and heating systems used in water, air, gas and steam lines. These ANSI-approved valves feature cast iron construction for resistance to wear and high structural strength. They facilitate spring-aided closing for rapid response control. These check valves are equipped with a Buna-N seat to prevent leakage of fluids and have an operating temperature range of -20 to 406 degrees F.

The brand's 61LF-100 Series in-line check valves are suitable against reverse flow, chemicals and corrosion. These Apollo ball valves are installed in either horizontal or vertical orientation with upward flow.
Apollo 910WB-LF Series check valves provide spring-aided closing for rapid response control. They are equipped with a Buna-N seat to prevent leakage.
The brand's 163T-LF Series swing checks feature a Y-pattern allowing easy horizontal and vertical lines with upward flow for seamless integration into different system configurations. They include a PTFE seat to add a layer of protection against reactive and corrosive chemicals.

Working Mechanism

When the fluid flows in the desired direction, the poppet is pushed open by the flow, allowing the fluid to pass through until the pressure drops.
When the flow stops or reverses, the poppet closes, preventing the backflow of fluid into the valve.
This poppet is spring-loaded, keeping the valve closed until the fluid pressure is high enough to overcome the spring force and open the valve.
