Dayton current sensing relays protect sensitive equipment from under or over current conditions. They also detect machine tool wear, conveyor jam-up situations, locked rotors, no load conditions, monitoring status of heaters, lamp loads or current loss; and show them through LED status indicators. These relays feature a monitored current range of 5 to 50A and an integrated switch to select overcurrent or undercurrent operations. Current sensor relays detect voltage and protect heavy machinery from sudden current changes. CAH Series current sensing relays from Macromatic monitor single-phase AC current and feature a built-in toroidal through-hole current transformer for easy access. These encapsulated sensor relays are equipped with an LED that indicates fault condition and multiple loops to offer maximum sensitivity. Johnson Controls current switches monitor the current flowing through the cable and facilitate start and stop of the motor.
