Lovejoy F type couplings consist of two flex hubs, two sleeves and one accessory kit. Angular misalignment of 3 degrees is allowed (1.5 degrees per gear mesh) for these F type couplings. They are designed to protect equipment from shock loads, vibrations and misalignments.
