  • These manifold gauge sets are used by technicians to check pressure & leakages in AC lines and to add small amounts of refrigerants to HVAC control units on site.
  • These HVAC gauges feature Flutterless Technology and a brass surge protector for minimising the needle pulsation while checking HVAC lines.
  • Yellow Jacket HVAC gauges feature colour coded (red & blue) dials for indicating pressure or compound separately. These manifold gauge sets have a full view polycarbonate crystal for minimising any chances of error while taking readings from the scales.

Working Mechanism

  • Yellow Jacket manifold gauge sets consist of different parts, including manifold valves, ball valve hoses, heavy-duty evacuation hoses, colour coded hoses, manifold gauges and installation tools. The function of these gauge sets is to monitor pressure using these parts.
  • The yellow hoses on these gauge sets are connected to external sources like refrigerant bottles & vacuum pumps.
  • The red line is connected to the high-pressure line of the HVAC system and the blue line is connected to the low-pressure side of the HVAC system. This arrangement aids in monitoring the pressure value of the HVAC system.

A vent / waste hose should be attached to the centre of the manifold set-up. Lastly, other gauges or micron meters should be attached to the additional ports of the manifold set.
