Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of Herkules and Zing can crushers for safe disposal of aerosol & paint cans, and automotive oil filters. These crushers are capable of crushing 4 one-gallon cans / 7 one-quarter cans / one 5-gallon can with a crush cycle time of just twenty seconds. They feature a patented air-cylinder crushing (Herkules) / pivoting (Zing) mechanism which allows the automatic ejection of crushed cans into waste bins (optional), therefore reducing waste and disposal costs up to 90%. Selected models have an in-built stand for accommodating the waste barrel at the bottom of the crusher.Herkules air-powered can crushers further come equipped with a filter / regulator and air gauge assembly that requires 90 - 120 psi of standard shop air for operation, thereby leaving no additional fluids to replace or clean up. The brand also offers oil-filter crushers that remove up to 98% of the residual oil, with the extracted oil drained through an outlet for easy collection. These oil-can crushers allow can recycling and are available with options in dual door / latch interlock safety system.
