Destaco 802 Series pneumatic toggle clamps are ideal for quick clamping applications in the automotive and food & packaging industries. These pneumatic clamps are equipped with an air-actuated cylinder with an input port for connecting to the compressed air source and then utilising the compressed air to apply clamping pressure for holding the workpiece in place. They have over centre toggle action linkage combined with a pneumatic cylinder to provide a device that is easily adaptable for a wide variety of applications. These pneumatic clamps are completely self-contained & require just a single pressure source. These clamp units are sensor ready for both round and T-slot style sensors, and feature an in-built flow restriction system. This eliminates the need for external flow controls, thus ensuring smooth clamping. They feature an enclosed design for MIG & spot welding in dirty environments. These pneumatic toggle clamps have a non-pivoting cylinder that can easily be hard-piped into fixtures. Destaco 89R Series pneumatic swing clamps offer lock angle repeatability with high accuracy, thereby making clamping on an extremely compact area easily possible. The compact design makes them adaptable for applications where uninterrupted and rapid access to the clamping station is needed. They are ideal for fixturing, testing, assembling and welding applications in the automotive and food & packaging industries. These double acting, non locking clamps deliver clamping force in direct proportion to inlet pressure & bore size. Destaco 89R Series clamps employ a strong hydraulic clamp mechanism that is intended to provide quick clamping in secondary manufacturing operations on both non metallic and metallic products. The quick swing and clamp movement of these clamps ensures improved productivity. They are capable of accommodating 6.5 mm x 5 mm T slot and 4 mm round style switches, and are sensor ready for T slot & round style sensors. These Destaco pneumatic swing clamps offer field adjustable swing direction (left / right / straight line) and have been tested for several million cycles. These pneumatic clamps feature a block style body for ease of installation and a robust design to improve the fundamental functions of the clamps & offer consistency. These Destaco clamps can work under pressure ranging between 45 psig and 120 psig, at temperatures up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. 89R Series clamps come with clamp arms for maximum, fatigue less clamping force (maximum total stroke of 58 mm) and a holding capacity of 218 lb. These units are equipped with a pneumatic cylinder having an input port to connect to a source of compressed air. Destaco 803 ME Series pneumatic toggle clamps feature an inbuilt flow control for smooth operation and a magnetic ring piston for position sensing. These clamps have an ergonomic design and can handle a maximum load of 600 lb (272.15 kg) at temperatures ranging from -14 degrees to Fahrenheit 195 degrees Fahrenheit.

These Destaco 810 Series pneumatic toggle clamps (also known as pneumatic hold down clamps) are pneumatic versions of Destaco 210 Series clamps. They incorporate a sensor ready design for round or T slot style sensors, and feature built in flow restriction for eliminating the need for external flow controls. They are ideal for quick clamping in assembling and welding applications in the automotive and food & packaging industries. These Destaco pneumatic clamps employ air actuated cylinders for applying clamping pressure and holding workpieces in place. Further, these portable pneumatic clamps allow economical use on short run jobs with temporary fixturing. They are completely self contained & require only a pressure source for safety. These Destaco clamps are equipped with Togwgle Lock Plus safety mechanism for keeping the clamps mechanically locked, even during total loss of air pressure as well as ensure that the over-centre locking condition is maintained and protected against unintentional opening. Additionally, the Toggle Lock Plus feature helps exert force up to 856 lb. Selected models of this pneumatic clamping system come integrated with a bolt retainer for handling loads up to 750 lb, and can be operated at temperatures ranging from -14 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit at 145 psi pressure. These Destaco 810 Series clamps have an air port size of 1/8 NPT for a leak free connection; and some models accommodate flanged washers for secure connection against vibration or spindle accessories for maximum clamping force. Destaco 830 Series pneumatic toggle clamps function as the pneumatic version of Destaco 630 manual straight line action clamps. These clamps consist of a double-acting cylinder, a clamping arm and linkages for multiplying the applied force. Destaco pneumatic clamps use air pressure to clamp and fix workpieces in place, via the force of a toggle mechanism. The use of a toggle mechanism allows them to be tightened with force greater than the applied force, making them ideal for a wide range of applications like the processing and assembly of general machinery including ships & automobiles. These non-locking clamps provide clamping force in direct proportion to the bore size and inlet pressure. These clamps are equipped with a lever that can be engaged to apply pneumatic pressure to the clamping head.
