Pneumatic Lubricators

Texas Pneumatic Tools Tri-Star Arrowfog lubricators inject aerosolised steam of oil into an airline to lubricate the internal working parts of actuating cylinders, motors, valves and other pneumatic tools. They feature metal or polycarbonate bowls with sight glass for visual indication of oil drop rates and provide a maximum operating pressure of 200 psi. Further, these bowls (selected models) can be filled while the airline is under pressure and offer up to 20 ounce bowl capacities. They operate on temperatures ranging from 40 degrees to 160 degrees F and are available in flow rates of 16 and 142 cfm.

Wilkerson L30 EconOmist Series lubricators are suitable for lubricating pneumatic components in compressed air systems. These modular air line lubricators feature a transparent, full view sight dome for quickly identifying lubricant level and a quick disconnect clamp ring for ensuring easy bowl removal. They have a siphon tube filter for filtering the lubricant before supplying it to the system. These units feature a simple, trouble-free design with a large bowl capacity to extend the intervals between fillings. They automatically maintain the same air-oil ratio, regardless of variations in airflow.
