Reducing Bushings

Martin Sprocket W1 Series MST bushings are used for mounting and securing shafts in power transmission devices, conveyor systems, pumps, fans, compressors and agricultural & material handling equipment. These bushings feature a split barrel design and a tapered shape for accurate clamping onto the shaft. The solid flanges and barrels are split in two places to improve the concentricity and provide a robust clamping force on the shaft They are integrated with keyways, on both the shaft and the hub, facilitating simplified installations even in situations where direct visibility is limited. These bushings feature grey cast iron construction for structural rigidity and are widely used for mounting split taper bushed pulleys, sheaves or sprockets on drive shafts.
