Stafford Mfg Shaft Collars

Stafford MFG Signature Series threaded shaft collars are designed to securely fasten and adjust components on threaded shafts with left-hand ACME threads. They have stainless steel / steel construction with black oxide finish for structural rigidity and resisting corrosion on exposed surfaces. These collars are ideal for stroke limiting, stops & height and spring tensioning. They are equipped with alloy steel / 18-8 stainless steel screws for preventing rust build-up. The thread shaft collars come in 0.375, 0.406, 0.500 and 0.625 inches.

Stafford Accu-Flange Series shaft mounting collars are used for holding components in place, preventing slippage or movement during the operation. These collars feature steel / stainless steel / aluminium construction and have a double-split design, allowing for easy installation and adjustment on a shaft without marring the surface. They are designed with three tapped holes to secure the collar with other surfaces or components by means of screws and bolts. These collars further include a standard keyway that allows for the insertion of a specific key to transmit torque between the shaft and the mating component, ensuring a secure and aligned connection.
