Crimpit Series H-Tap

BURNDY Crimpit Series H-Taps are copper compression connectors designed for making secure electrical connections. They are tin-plated and can accommodate a wide range of wire sizes. For the main wires, they can handle sizes ranging from 2 AWG to 250 kcmil, including different classes such as B, C and I, as well as DLO (Diesel Locomotive Cable). For the tap wires, they can accommodate sizes from 14 AWG to 8 AWG, with various class options such as B, C, G, H, I and DLO, as well as class K for Tap 1. These connectors feature independent tap grooves for flexible design and installation. They ae colour-coded to match the corresponding installation die and have embossed die index markings for inspection purposes. These connectors come with a third-hand tool for assistance during installation.
