CPC (Colder Products Corporation) APC Series shut off coupling inserts are made of acetal to provide high tensile strength & excellent heat resistance. They are used to disconnect & reconnect fluid lines quickly and shut off the flow. These easy-to-use couplings have integral terminations for minimised leak points and shrouded thumb latches to resist chemicals & prevent accidental disconnects. They feature stainless steel valve springs, Buna-N O-rings and PTF / barbed / MNPT thread connections for a secure seal in compression. They are capable of tolerating temperatures ranging from -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
