Specific Gravity And Baume Dual Scale Hydrometers

Durac dual scale hydrometers measure the relative density compared to water and degrees of Baume of liquids in food & beverage, chemical, pharmacology, transportation and refrigeration industries. They have lead free metal ballast and glass construction for corrosion resistance and durability. These dual scale hydrometers have both specific gravity and Baume scale for accuracy in measurements. Specific gravity scales measure the relative density of liquids compared to water, whereas the Baume scales have separate scales to measure degrees of Baume for liquids, heavier or lighter than water. Choose from a wide array of these hydrometers for measuring specific gravity ranging from 0.69 to 2 at a standardised temperature of 60 degrees F.
