Working Mechanism

  • Check valves use a poppet mechanism that allows fluid or gas to flow in one direction and blocks it in the opposite direction.
  • When fluid or gas flows in the desired direction, the poppet is pushed away from the seat, allowing the flow to pass through the valve unimpeded.
  • But when the flow tries to reverse, the poppet is forced back against the seat, blocking the flow and preventing backflow.

Features

  • Eaton flow control valves have Buna-N seals to minimise leaks.
  • They have steel construction to handle temperatures between -40 and 120 degrees C.
  • These direct-acting valves can handle flows up to 114 litres per minute and pressure up to 210 bar.
  • They have three ports for connecting & regulating flows from three different pipes.

Compatible Accessories

  • Eaton 889610 Seal Kit: This spare kit is ideal for replacing existing seals to minimise leakage.
