Ridgid bench chain vises have a rugged cast-iron base with a handy pipe rest & bender, and feature capacities ranging from 1/8 to 1 inch. They have a crank handle anchored to the base for holding the workpiece during sawing, drilling & planing. Neoprene-coated toothless jaws prevent the workpiece from damage.
