How to install Vestil CCM Series coil rams / lifters?

• Take the tines off the carriage of the fork truck.
• Rotate the latch lever to the 'open' position and set the left side of the upper carriage bracket on the upper carriage crossbar of the lift truck.
• Slide the upper carriage bracket along the carriage crossbar and adjust its position, allowing the lower carriage bracket to fit into the notch in the lower carriage crossbar.
• The notch is located at the centre of the crossbar. Slide the back plate to the right or left (as required) to centre the coil mover on the carriage.
• Latch the coil mover to the carriage by moving the latch lever back to the 'closed' position.

What safety precautions should I take while operating these Vestil CCM Series coil rams / lifters?

• Do not sit or ride on the load or coil lifter.
• Use the coil lifter for transporting a single coil at a time.
