About BAILEIGH INDUSTRIAL

The Baileigh Industrial catalogue includes tubing benders, hydraulic ironworkers, sheet metal brakes, saws, welding positioners, plasma cutting tables, air tapping arms, milling & drilling machines, downdraft tables, dust collectors, jointers, sanders and wood shapers. Baileigh hydraulic presses with adjustable beds are designed for clinching, forging, blanking, moulding, deep drawing, punching and metal forming operations. They feature 4 corner inserts with a chip breaker to improvise cutting performance while maintaining rigidity, even at pressures up to 3423 psi. Baileigh indexable profiling end mills can cut both Metric and Standard threads. These gear-head metal lathe machines run on a 220V, single-phase power supply and are equipped with rigid castings to provide smooth chatter-free cuts & prolonged tooling life. They have 3 & 4 jaw chucks to hold square & rounded materials and can deliver a maximum speed of 2000 rpm.

Things To Consider

Cross-Reference Alternatives

Baileigh Industrial's MPNs cross individual references to the equivalent Heck Industries model numbers. So if you are looking for competitor items that are either out of stock or obsolete, chances are Raptor Supplies has the equivalent Baileigh tools available. Customers can also cross-reference most products using the last 5 digits of the model numbers.

Shipping

Baileigh machines are available in base lengths ranging from 68 to 97 inches. They are heavy and large in size and require careful packaging as some products might get damaged while shipping. Hence, they are delivered by air freight and not courier shipment for minimum downtime.

BAILEIGH INDUSTRIAL Competitive Advantages

Industrial Water Jets

They feature direct-drive pumps that require limited space and less maintenance, unlike traditional water jets. These innovated Hammelmann pumps with high volume enable the system to run on a 100% duty cycle at high system pressures. Traditional water jets tend to blow out or chip the surface of brittle material when piercing initially, whereas Baileigh's direct-drive systems come with powertrains located behind the Hammelmann pump, which can pierce stone at minimum pressures to prevent damage. These water jets don't have a hydraulic system, thus eliminating the need for a cooling system.
