Destaco 205208-M toggle clamp spindle assembly or flat tip bonded neoprene spindle is a threaded rod with rubber stopper, which is used to secure materials to work surfaces. It helps ensure optimal functionality and performance during welding, drilling and milling operations in the aerospace, automotive and food & packaging industries. When the rubber stopper begins to wear away, this spindle eliminates the risk of disfiguring and acts as a replacement unit for toggle clamps to extend their service life and to protect them from damage caused by abrasion / twisting / flexing. The spindle can be adjusted to accommodate materials of varying thicknesses and can mount onto compatible toggle clamps including manual, power and hydraulic clamps.
