FApollo 34A Series mixing valves are devices used to control the temperature of the water or other fluids by blending hot and cold supplies. They are commonly used in plumbing systems to provide a safe and consistent water temperature and provide reliable hot water temperature control of potable and non-potable hot water distribution systems. These mixing valves feature bronze construction for resisting corrosion on exposed surfaces. They operate at pressures up to 150 psig and are equipped with EPDM seals to prevent leakage. These valves can withstand temperatures up to 210 degrees F.

Watts thermostatic mixing valves regulate the water temperature by mixing cold and hot water simultaneously. Watts valves are used with boiler and tempered water systems for in-floor radiant heating, soil heating, emergency shower and municipal water processing applications. These thermostatic mixing valves allow the water heater to operate at higher temperatures, extending the effective system flow rate at the valve output. This feature increases productivity. Watts mixing valves are made of lead-free copper silicon alloy to facilitate excellent manufacturing capabilities for forging, casting & machining material stocks. Watts thermostatic mixing valves reduce the size / BTU requirements, providing capacity for peak system demands. These UPC-listed valves deliver a maximum flow rate of 23 gpm and are capable of withstanding temperatures & pressures up to 160 degrees F & 150 psi, respectively. EMixing valves are designed for adjusting the water temperature coming out of the water heater, by automatically mixing the correct amount of cold water, to maintain safe and optimal outlet conditions. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of these valves from brands like Acorn, Cash Acme, Bradley, Leonard Valve, Powers, Speakman, Taco, Watts, Wilkins and Guardian Equipment. Watts thermostatic mixing valves are capable of protecting the plumbing assembly from thermal shocks, scalding and contamination caused by untempered and unmonitored water supply. These units feature a temperature locking mechanism preventing unauthorised altering of the set temperature settings and a filter screen for keeping the particulates away from the valve. They are available in solder, compression, threaded, quick-connect and solvent weld outlet fitting options to facilitate easy installation and maintenance. Leonard Valve mixing valves are bronze constructed devices with locking temperature regulators, set at a maximum of 85 degrees F, for preventing accidental setting changes. These valves are integrated with a special internal cold water bypass facility capable of handling flow rates and pressures up to 20 GPM and 30 PSI, respectively in the case of a hot water supply failure. They are available in a wide range of faucet sizes ranging up to 2 Inches on Raptor Supplies.
Power's HydroGuard Series mixing valves must have an adjustable outlet temperature range of 65 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
An advanced paraffin actuation technology is designed to quickly compensate for temperature fluctuations due to changes in inlet temperature or pressures.
Watts Master Series mixing valves have a single-seat design that ensures tight shut-off in the event of cold water supply loss, preventing hot water from flowing through the valve and potentially causing scalding or other hazards.
