Spring Return Hose Reels

Reelcraft S Series spring retractable composite reels hold air or water hoses for use with pneumatic tools or other equipment. They have polypropylene construction with brass swivel & fluid path and a steel, main shaft to resist impacts, chemicals and UV rays. These reels have a positive latching system with swing / swivel brackets for latching in any mounting position like ceilings, walls or floors and a spring return mechanism for retracting hoses. The vented case of the reels with an opening for water drainage allows for outdoor usage & easy cleaning of hoses and reels. They can withstand a maximum pressure of 125 / 232 psi and a maximum temperature of 150 / 185 degrees F. Reelcraft DP5000 Series dual pedestal hose reels feature a non-welded, interlocking base that allows them to withstand heavy vibration, making them ideal for truck-mounted applications. These hose reels have a steel guide arm and dual pedestal base stamped with ribs & gussets to offer added strength. These units feature a robust latching mechanism that conveniently holds the hose at the desired working length. They come with a declutching arbor that eliminates spring damage due to reverse winding.

Reelcraft RT Series hose reels are mounted on walls, ceilings or trucks to hold, store and protect hoses from damages. They have a powder-coated steel construction with an engineering plastic spool for structural strength and corrosion resistance. These reels feature guide arms that adjust to 7 positions for reducing hose tension or bends while pulling the hose from any angle and feature spring return mechanism for retracting pulled hoses.
