Lovejoy MSF Series is a collection of mini soft set screw style coupling hubs engineered with metric bores for use with metric-sized shafts. The MSF Series hubs provide secure and reliable connections between shafts, ensuring efficient power transmission. They offer easy blind assembly for hassle-free installation. These coupling hubs are designed to absorb shock loads for smooth operation and prevent damage to connected equipment. They offer abrasion resistance for a prolonged lifespan of the coupling hubs and reduce maintenance requirements. These hubs feature zinc alloy construction for increased durability and enhanced performance. They come with a polyurethane insert to absorb shock and offer flexibility.

Lovejoy BWLC Series bellows clamp style couplings provide flexibility, misalignment compensation and torque transmission in various applications, such as motion control systems, robotics, industrial machinery, pumps and compressors. They consist of a steel bellow element and two aluminium / steel hubs that accommodates angular, parallel and axial misalignments between connected shafts while providing high torsional stiffness for accuracy and repeatability. The hubs can be easily mounted onto the shafts with the bellow positioned in between by using screws or clamps and reducing stress / wear on the connected equipment.

Lovejoy EC Series single beam clamp style couplings protect shaft support bearings against destructive thrust and radial load due to axial motion and misalignment respectively. These motion control couplings feature a zero-backlash design to deliver angular misalignment up to 7 degrees and are coated with an anodized aluminium finish ensuring chemical stability and heat resistance. Motion control beam couplings are flexible couplings that use either one or more spiral slots cut in a single metal rod piece, thereby forming a spring centre section known as a beam or helical coil. The beam portions of these couplings flex for accommodating misalignments while continuing to transfer power between the attached shafts.
Lovejoy aluminium clamp style single beam couplings are designed for parallel, angular & axial misalignments of shafts requiring less weight & zero backlash. Lovejoy clamp style single beam couplings are recommended for use in light duty applications such as coupling a servo motor to a lead screw in motion control systems.
These single beam couplings have quicker response time as compared to stainless steel couplers. These beam couplings accommodate parallel misalignment up to 0.005 inches, angular misalignments up to 5 degrees and axial motion up to 0.01 inches. These clamp-style beam couplings can either be installed or replaced without the movement of shafts. These Lovejoy single beam couplings feature single piece construction with anodised aluminium finish to provide longer service life in comparison to couplings with moving parts. They are resistant to corrosion and can be operated at a maximum temperature of 200 degrees F.
