Dayton fan motors are used for powering fan blades that efficiently cool the condensing coil on commercial refrigeration condensers and air conditioning units. These motors are equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) that controls over-torque and speed variations, providing greater efficiency as compared to single-phase motors. They feature ball bearings for a smooth and continuous operation and can be mounted in vertical position for user convenience. Selected models are integrated with shaft grounding rings that create a passage for voltage spikes to bypass metal bearing components, thereby protecting them from any damage caused due to electrical arching. Choose from a wide range of these condenser fan motors, available in power outputs ranging between 1/2 and 2 hp.

BCondenser fan motors are installed in air condensing units to power fan blades. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of reliable condenser fan motors from brands like Leeson, Baldor, Century, Dayton and Genteq. Baldor HVAC motors with TEFC / OPSB enclosures are designed to provide external ventilation for cooling the internal parts of the motor. These motors feature iron / steel frames for durability and deliver a maximum synchronous speed of 1800 rpm. With full load efficiency up to 89.5%, these motors allow temperature rise up to 41 degrees F. Dayton condenser fan motors have 1/2 inch shaft diameter and are equipped with ball & sleeve bearings to ensure no lubricant leakage and minimal motor friction. These motors come with open air-over or totally enclosed air-over enclosures for cooling of windings and protection from dirt & moisture. With nominal efficiency up to 62.7%, these motors are capable of being operated up to an ambient temperature of 70 degrees C.
